would not hesitate to return here
The room was super comfy with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the balcony for evening relaxation. Shower was fantastic with body soap and shampoo provided. Staff spoke fluent English and were really helpful. Cleaning was on point. Location was perfect for walking to major attractions like the Nile and museums.

The hotel desperately needs maintenance. Our room had a door that was a struggle to lock and unlock, making us feel insecure. Breakfast was minimal, consisting of hardly enough for two people. We encountered multiple language barriers with the staff, complicating our requests. The tours offered were misleading, as we expected guided experiences but received only ride services.

Hidden gem in Cairo's chaos
Enjoyed a spacious room with a cozy balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making our stay comforting and enjoyable.
However, the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, and navigating the noisy streets outside was a challenge, especially at night.

I booked a travel service through a local inn for a pyramid tour. The driver was friendly at first, but it didn't go well. He brought us to a very different itinerary and tried to upsell us on various services. When we finally reached the pyramids, he left us stranded. Although I am accustomed to strong negotiations, this experience was unsettling. Despite being a seasoned explorer, the communication issues left much to be desired.

The Cairo Inn is charming with its vintage decor and cozy ambiance. The lobby area is inviting, and I appreciated that the staff were always nearby, making it easy for senior guests to get assistance when needed.
A lift would enhance accessibility for seniors.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions like the Nile and local eateries. The staff were consistently attentive, ensuring our room in the Deluxe Single category was immaculate each day, with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh juice and a variety of delicious options. However, a lift could greatly improve accessibility, and the shower head had a slight issue, making it a bit tricky to use comfortably. Noise from the street was occasionally audible, but it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience.
